Welcome to Epik Estate (accessible at epikestate.com), a property, visitor, and parking management application developed by Smart Web Source. By accessing, registering, or using Epik Estate, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the application.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Epik Estate, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.
2. License to Use
Epik Estate grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application solely for property management, visitor logging, and parking administration purposes. You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the application or its content without permission.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code.
- Use the application for unlawful, unauthorized, or fraudulent activities.
3. Account & Data Responsibility
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (username, password, access cards, or PINs).
- You agree to provide accurate and complete information when registering properties, residents, visitors, or parking assignments.
- Epik Estate is not liable for data loss, security breaches, or system misuse resulting from user negligence, credential sharing, or third-party attacks.
4. Subscription & Payments
- Epik Estate may offer subscription-based plans (monthly, yearly, or per-property).
- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a separate agreement.
- We reserve the right to change pricing with prior notice (minimum 15 days) via email or in-app notification.
5. Data Security & Privacy
Your data is securely stored and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. However, no system is 100% secure. While we implement industry-standard protections (encryption, access controls), we do not guarantee absolute protection against unauthorized access.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Epik Estate and Smart Web Source are not liable for:
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business interruptions.
- Physical damages, security incidents, or unauthorized entries resulting from system misuse, downtime, or third-party actions.
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the application.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you:
- Violate any provision of these Terms.
- Engage in fraudulent, harmful, or unauthorized activities.
- Fail to pay applicable fees when due.
Upon termination, your right to use the application will cease immediately. You may request data export within 15 days of termination, subject to legal or security obligations.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
